Delivery typically arrives within 3 - 5 Business days. However, due to demand and COVID-19 , orders may experience delays. You will receive your order via USPS and will be provided a tracking number once order is shipped. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Taylor Simone Salon purchase, we do accept returns for exchanges. All orders are nonrefundable. All orders are inspected and shipped carefully. You may return your order within 7 days from the date received if damaged or incorrect. Returned orders must be in the original packaging. Exchanges are made at the discretion of staff upon receipt of the item(s).

You will receive a confirmation email of your order once processed. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to processed. Holidays are NOT included in processing timeframes. Processed order may not include shipping timeframes.

Click on the link “book”, which will direct you to the booking link. Once on the booking link click Select Service, Select the stylist desired, & select your date for your appointment.

it is suggested that you use the All About me Hair Care system on all of your extensions. Primarily the Shampoo and Conditioner, Detangle and wild conditioning rinsed with cool water. Allow hair to air dry or blow dry on medium heat, and use the gloss me Shine spray. Spray the Gloss Me Shine at least 6 inches away from extensions or natural hair. Remember less is more.
